We understand that restoring a physical environment, be it a place of business or a residence, after a flood, renovation or social event/meeting can be critical to a company’s or family’s continuity and happiness.  Therefore, in addition to the daily cleaning services provided by our Janitorial Division, our Specialty Division cleans more than 4,000,000 sq ft. per year. MCS crews are trained to clean carpet, restore carpet and floors from flood damage, power wash, provide post-construction cleaning, restore and refinish floors, and clean underneath raised computer floors. We also specialize in sanitizing and disinfecting services.

MCS Specialty cleaning services include, but are not limited to:

• Water removal up to 5"

• Flood restoration up to 75K-sq. ft.

• Air movers, dryers and dehumidifiers to assist drying. Employees constantly monitor drying equipment and   facilities to assure quality results.

• Removal of cove base and drywall to ensure drying (when necessary)

• Post-renovation cleanup

• Cleaning and deodorizing of surfaces and carpeted areas after water removal

• Sanitizing and cleaning of restrooms and kitchen areas

• Floor refinishing

• Carpet removal for drying (when necessary)
